Issues with your order:
Thank you for your business! We have made every possible effort to ensure the highest quality and accuracy in fulfilling your order. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@zelenava.net if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it ASAP.
Exceptions/non-refundable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or purchases made with gift cards. All such purchases are final.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have received and place a new order for the correct item. Please consult the return policy below for instructions.
Return policy:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags, and original packaging. To begin a return, you can contact us at support@zelenava.net. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your package, we will refund you on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit and post the refund, so please allow up to 5 business days.
